By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ida777 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed to serve players resident in Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether accessing online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. ida777 shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a Member's access to the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
2.3 Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform:
Age Restriction: ida777 operates a strict 21+ policy. If we have reason to believe that a Member is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identification card (KTP), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. ida777 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
3.3 KYC Verification. To access withdrawal functionality and certain platform features, you must complete our identity verification process. This requires uploading a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport). Verification typically takes 2–24 hours. Until verification is complete, your ability to withdraw funds will be restricted.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. ida777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. ida777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the Platform, other Members, or third parties.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. ida777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at the Platform's discretion.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum deposit per single transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Members with VIP status may be eligible for higher transaction limits as communicated directly by the Platform's VIP management team.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during normal banking hours are typically credited to the Member's Account within minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are subject to the processing timelines of the respective payment provider. ida777 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the Member's verified bank account or e-wallet only. The bank account or e-wallet must be registered in the same name as the ida777 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–4 business hours during Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to enhanced verification requirements.
4.6 Own Funds Policy. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from unlawful activity. ida777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to freeze or reverse transactions suspected of involving proceeds of crime or money laundering.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ida777 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings attributable to the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus requires Rp 15.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to satisfying a wagering requirement. Standard slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%. Table games, video poker, and specialty games may contribute at varying reduced rates. The applicable contribution rates for each game are displayed on the specific promotion's detail page.
5.4 Bonus Validity Period. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be activated within 7 days of being credited to the Member's Account, and all associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 days of bonus activation. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within these periods will be forfeited without compensation.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. ida777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close Accounts, where it determines — in its sole and reasonable judgment — that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.
5.6 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. ida777 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at any time, for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. ida777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where it suspects match-fixing, collusion, or use of automated betting systems. Bets placed by Members using bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence without the Platform's express written authorization are void.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and Member tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
6.3 Pari-Mutuel and Fixed-Odds Markets. The Platform offers both fixed-odds and pari-mutuel betting markets depending on the game type. For fixed-odds markets (including most sportsbook markets such as bandar bola — football markets — covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, and international competitions), the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled. For pari-mutuel markets (including certain togel — traditional numbers lottery — draw pools), final payouts are determined by the total pool and the number of winning bets.
6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error resulting in the display of incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect balance figures, ida777 reserves the right to void any affected bets and reverse any associated credits. The Platform's decision in such matters is final.
6.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a Member's disconnection during a live game or bet, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the moment of disconnection. ida777 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connection failures on the Member's side.
7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. ida777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. 7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Member who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be suspended and no new deposits will be accepted.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. ida777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ida777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Member Conduct. ida777 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from a Member's own actions, including placing bets without fully understanding the applicable rules, sharing Account credentials with third parties, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
